Reporting and evaluation of the condition of the structure, roof, foundation, drainage, central air – conditioning, heating system, visual interior plumbing, electric systems, visual insulation, walls, windows and doors. Only those items that are visible and accessible by normal means are included in the report. From attic to crawlspace is covered!

Lead Paint Testing 75.00
Recommended for homes built before 1978

Approximately 64 Million of the nation’s housing stock built before 1978  contain some lead – base paint. If Identified early landlords, investors, sellers and agents can properly maintain and manage any exposure and lower risk.

Radon Gas Testing 250.00

Recommended for all non-slab foundation homes. Radon is a cancer causing radioactive gas. You cannot see, smell or taste it, but it may be a problem in your home. This is because when you breathe air-containing radon, you increase your risk of getting lung cancer.
