Kyla Hall has been practicing real estate since 1994. Initially, she focused exclusively on residential sales, then in 1996 she began to focus on Atlanta commercial real estate exclusively. In February 2001, Kyla was named the "#1 Commercial Agent for Georgia, 2000" according to ReMax. She has also been the #1 Commercial Agent for Atlanta, 1999, 2000 and 2001.
Kyla works with both residential and commercial clients. Her knowledge of the residential community helps place commercial clients in the best area for their business or investments. Kyla's knowledge of commercial real estate benefits residential clients in that Kyla knows the growing trends of the commercial establishment.
Before Kyla began her practice in real estate, Kyla was an Education Therapist in the public school system. She was also a Debate Coach on both the high school & college level. Her thirst for success is evident in her debate teams' track records. One of her college debate teams was #3 nationally. Her high school debate teams always were in the state finals & were nationally recognized.
Kyla is married to Major Jeff Hall, USAF. Between their
collective assortment of children, dogs, & cats;
their union has proven to be joyful, fun-loving and never boring. Their
children range from ages 16 to 5 years old. (Thankfully, the nanny's age
is 64.) Atlanta has been the permanent home for the Halls family. When
Major Hall had a permanent change of station, Kyla children,
nanny & their zoo stayed put in Atlanta.
